waiting for Invitation letter

Are you waiting for invitation letter after approval letter? If you are, then how long have you been waiting for? And can I book the ceremony in advance without receiving invitation from home office?

Its written in that letter that you needed to wait 2 weeks. After 2 weeks then call HO
Most council do not book appointment if you do not have the invitation letter. Mine did not. After 2 weeks I called HO and they posted it on the same day. Got it 2 days later...
