Naturalisation queries

Hello,

I would like to apply naturalisation for my wife after 2nd January 2016 who has following absences:

Total - 500.00

The only reason she had to leave United Kingdom was due to child birth as we didn't had anyone of family to take care of her.

Can I apply her naturalisation with 500 absences in last five years?

I can apply her naturalisation after 5 July 2016 as it will be 443 absences than but I would like to apply early because she has to go somewhere in August.
