I have query related to my wife's citizenship. I am planning to apply for my citizenship in August (this month).
My wife's details are as follows:
Entered in UK: July 2011
Got ILR: Aug 2014

Is she eligible for citizenship in Aug 2015, since it is year after ILR? If not, when she will be eligible?

No, as she only 4 has years in UK (& not married to a BC).

if not married to a BC, 5 years residency in UK is required plus 12 months free of immigration time restrictions; eg holding ILR.

If married to a BC, 3 years residency in UK is required (for a non-EEA national) & no need to hold ILR an additional year before applying to naturalise.

Hi sir,

Enter in uk dec-2010.on my husband visa and permanent residence got in jul 29-2011.and vist india aug 15 to dec 16-2011.visit again to uk 16 dec to 15aug 2012.went back again to india 16 aug 2012 to 29 jul 2013 and still in U.K.no any holiday till now.
I could I apply for my citizenships this month and
What documents I need plz .

According to your husband, you entered UK in July 2011.
According to your husband, you were granted ILR in Aug. 2014.

According to you, you entered UK in Dec. 2010.
According to you, you were granted permanent residence in July 2011.

First decide which ones are a fact!
And how did you get permanent residence within 7 months of arriving in the UK?
