mn1 form help

hi,
About MN1 form i am confuse about section 3.1
question is ''please say which parent is the one who is British citizen by descent and on whom this application is based.''
we both are British by naturalization.
do i really need to fill this section 3.1 to 3.5
please help me

You have already been advised in other post/thread (click) that you DO NOT need to complete section 3.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
