British Birth Registration for my SON

Hi All,

I got my ILR earlier this year and am now applying for Application for registering for my 2 year old son who was born in UK as a british citizen.

I have a query regarding section 6.18 of MN1 application form.

The application for my son is on the basis of me attaining ILR but can I put my wife's name(she hasn't got an ILR yet) in section 6.18 i.e. the person who will be accompanying the applicant when they attend biometric appt. as I may have to travel outside UK soon and may not be around when my son has his BRP done.

Yes, as per the form, a parent (or legal guardian) can accompany their child for this purpose.
