Registration for son born outside UK using MN1

Hi ,

I need to gather some information regarding my son registration using MN1 sec 3(1) . I have done some research and come to conclusion that i can apply for his registration . My facts

1) Husband and wife both on ILR since, April '15 .
2) My son also got ILR since, April '15
3) Will go for BC process in April '16

Question :
Shall i proceed now with my son registration using Mn1 Sec 3(1) or i have to wait till April next year when me and my wife are applying for BC
