Using Adjudicator for Deposit Protection

Hi All,

I will be applying for my British Citizenship next year & was concerned about the following situation..

I was staying as a private tenant & My current landlord is not returning my deposit amount. So my Deposit protection scheme provider (http://www.depositprotection.com) is giving me an option to go for alternate dispute resolution which will use their adjudicator to decide who should get how much amount...

My question is if i use the Deposit protection scheme adjudicator service , Can it affect or hamper my good character requirement in the British Naturilisation process ?
