Proof of Address

Hi,
I am not certain what do I need to provide for proof of address my payslips or it has to mach my records with my bank? Or I need to provide contracts? There was a period in the last 5 years when I was moving a lot. Living in London thats not comes as a surprise,and I was careless I did not kept straight records so my details are miss matching, what my work place had as my address it can differ what my bank had at the time and it differs from where I actually lived. Could anyone give me an advice what shell I submit? Thank You. Yours Sincerely

Are you an EU citizen?

If not, proof of address and payslips/bank statements are not required for citizenship applications.
