Missing letter for Biometric Enrolment

Please I need your help!!!

I applied through NCS on 6th Nov 2015
My account was debited on 4th December and on that day I received notification email from Home Office.

I was away from 22nd December-12th January. I received letter that I have 10 more days to do biometric enrolment dated on 22 Dec. NEVER RECEIVED FIRST LETTER THAT I HAVE 15 WORKING DAYS!!!

That doesn't make any sense. Even if they sent first letter on 4th Dec 15 working days would be 25th or 28 Dec and can't be 22 Dec. Really don't understand what happened!!!

I emailed them on NationalityBiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk but can't reach them on the phone.
Is there anything else that I can do??? Do you know any other email where I can send my complain?

You should be patient and wait for someone to respond you, if they wish to, in the topic/thread you have already started here (click)

Given that you knew biometrics would be required, why did you not have someone check your post for you while you were away?

Why don't you go and try giving biometrics?

If you haven't' received a rejection, your case may still be open.

I will go now to post office to try to do that.
Also I will send letter via post.
When I applied through NCS they told me that maybe I will not receive a letter to do biometrics because I done it year ago.

Biometric is mandatory for all the naturalization applications since last year but if post office can successfully submit your biometric then there is nothing to worry about.

Please keep us posted about the outcome.

I didn't have any problem to do biometrics with that letter that I received on 22 Dec.
I did send via post to Liverpool letter and plane tickets, I emailed and called HO as well...Now I just need to wait for the outcome.

Hello,

Here is my update:

I had my ceremony last Wednesday and now I am waiting for my passport.
Everything went well except all that stress that I went through.
Thank you again for all your help and support.
Everyone is so helpful here.
