Name Change - First Passport

Hi all,

I have had my neutralization certificate for a while, This year i changed my name by deed poll (first and last)
I have my old foreign passport which expired two years ago which I do not intend to renew as I have no wish to have this nationality(i was only born there).

The question is - when I apply for my new passport and i include my deed poll will they cause an issue as i still have my foreign nationality, (expired passport but nationality/passport not cancelled).
