If i owed money to HMRC will this affect BC application?

Hi all.

I need your expertise please.
I used to be self employed and i am now paying the taxes( four figure sum) i owed to HRMC.
I set up instalments with them committing to pay off all debts.

My question is:
Will a be considered "person of not good character" when i apply for British Citizenship?

I will be eligible to apply in 15 days and i am now stressing out, even if tax debts being paid they still could refuse the application.
