British Citizenship for my son and wife

Hi

My son was born before I got my ILR. I applied Indian Passport for him and now he has ILR.
I got my citizenship last year but did not apply for my wife and son. I am now planning to apply for my wife and son. Is my son eligible for citizenship. He is 3 years old.

What form do i need to fill for my son.

Use form MN1 to register a minor.

Apply under s 1(3) of BNA; due to your foresight in bearing son in UK, this is an entitlement.
Just one parent needs to be settled (or a BC) for this to fly.
