About documents proving lawful residence for 5 years

Thanks in advance for all the help I've been finding in this forum.
I'm an EEA (Spain) national with a Permanent Resident card issued on 8 June 2010.

To accompany Form AN, I have to show evidence of:
section 1- identity (passport)
section 2- knowledge of the Language and Life in the UK (UK degree + passed Life in the UK test)
section 3- lawful residence for 5 years
section 4- settlement (Permanent Residence card)

In section 3, to prove lawful residence the Home Office states that you need to provide EITHER a passport (assuming you have been subjected to passport control which is not the case for an EEA national) OR "letters from employers, educational establishments, or other Government Departments".

What other specific documents are valid to prove lawful residence in the absence of letters from employers or educational establishments? Are bank statements, council tax letters, letter from landlords, electoral registry letters or utility bills accepted?

Bank statements will not necessarily work as you can have a UK bank account without living here.

Council tax bills, tenancy agreement etc are good. The go-to proof seems to be the P60 and you only need one for each year.
