MN1 Error on the Biometric Enrolment

Hi recently i applied for the my son MN1 application through NCS and i received the biometric enrolment letter and acknowlegement letter together.On the acknowledgement letter they spell my son correctly whereas on the biometric letter they sppelled the name incorrectly.They put one extra f on his surname.When i saw this error i contacted them and they told me to contact by sending them email which i did it but they didnt reply its been 4 days and the time is running out as i have only 15 days to enroll.Now my question is

1.can i enroll his biometric with this letter and send them a letter to explaining the error.
2.Should i wait for them to reply.From my research on the board they dont normally reply

Please help me with this query.I will be grateful if you help me as early as possible
