Non-custodial offence

Post by rashthedude » Tue May 02, 2017 3:20 pm

Hi there,

It's my first post here so I hope I'm not repeating a question that has been asked a million times before. I'm in the midst of completing the Naturalisation(citizenship) form and stuck under the Good character requirement part. I've had a council tax summons recently which led to what I believe a conviction in my absence, I'm currently paying a monthly instalment to a bailiff. Does that fall under a non-custodial offence and if that's the case do I have to wait 3 years before it becomes 'spent'?

Regards,
Rashid
