Dear All ! Please advise if anyone was in the same situation. My son is applying for BC in August 2017 using NCS. We went through the application form to get all the ready documents. In section 3 it says that he needs to prove he has been a resident in the UK for 5 years. Since he entered the UK border in 2012, his passport has expired and been withdrawn by his origins' country embassy (authorities) and replaced by new, bio-metric one in 2014. They never let people to keep old passports, but I've got a copy of all pages.
During 2012-2014 my son was at school and at the college.
What the evidence should we submit if we haven't got his previous passport? Will be a letter from the school and college sufficient evidence that he was here during 2012-2014 years? Or a copy of the old passport with explanation letter is OK?
Many thanks !
