Application An Q 1.17

Hi All,
I am bit confused about Q1.17 (Pls provide your last 5 year address)

In my case, there was 4 months time(in my first year) where I was outside the country, in India.
So Do I need to mention that address as well? Or this question is looking only for UK address?
pls can any one heelp me with an answer.
