Supporting Documents for Naturalisation application

Hi All
I was wondering if you could help me ; I have a questions re my NAP.

Do I need to take any other documents with me to NCS except the following:

1. Form AN
2. Photos
3. LIUK Original Certificate
4.Passports and BRPs etc

5. payment slip (past 6 months or longer ??)
6. P60 (2years or longer??)
7. Proof of Address (could I take any bills?? again shall I take the bills from last 6 months or longer)

I am an employee and self-employed; shall I tick both boxes on the form or just go for the employee version ??

Your help is much appreciated as I am getting really nervous about preparing these documents which might not be even required.

What about the B1 English requirement or UK NARIC ELA??

5. payment slip (past 6 months or longer ??)
6. P60 (2years or longer??)
7. Proof of Address (could I take any bills?? again shall I take the bills from last 6 months or longer)

5 and 7 not required. You might need to submit your last self assessment to show your tax from self employment is up to date.
