Advice needed for naturalisation application

Post by Khantastic007 » Tue Jul 17, 2018 12:50 am

Hello there,

I am still married but (saperated) to my EEA national spouse and myself I am a non eea national,
I already have PR status from almost 1 year now, soon I am going to apply for naturalisation, my confusion is :

1) Do i need to submit my marriage certificate again with my application? Problem is my wife took away marriage certificate with her and I dont know if she will give it back to me." its a non British marriage certificate obviously"

2) I dont know my wife's current address, but she is still living and working in England, what should I write in AN form where they ask for spouse address?? Will it trouble me if choose to apply online? Coz I am worried if I apply online it maybe wont give an option to skip to next question untill I answer it.

Would really appreciate your advice. Many thanks

Rehan

1. No as your spouse is presumably NOT British.

2. Simply write 'details not currently known'.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
