AN form change

Hello |Everyone,
I just completed filling AN form version June 2018, i took print out last week, today i checked there is new forms version September 2018.
Can i still submit my application on June 2018 version or i have to fill out of new version i dont even see any difference in forms.

You have to fill the new version even if there is no difference otherwise your application will not be accepted
