Settled Status and Citizenship

Post by Naveed997 » Wed Dec 05, 2018 9:17 pm

Hello to all the good people.

First of all i would like to thank you for your good and helpful efforts towards all of us immigration matters, greatly appreciated.

i am happy to mentioned that i have obtained my PR 2 days ago .
Now i have few questions if someone can answer them will be greatly appreciated.

Q1. As we all know that the PR IS VALID UNTIL December 2020 but the settled status will open in march 2018, so what, do we have to apply for the citizenship before settled status of until December 2020.
My wife has obtain her PR in 2017 and she can apply her citizenship but my concern is if she will get the decision before March and i will be having enough time to apply for myself. And if she get her British passport before Settled status will this effect on my PR as a family member of a Union citizen.

Q2. i had a CCJ against me in 2013 Credit card payment which i did clear all in 2017 and had a letter from the court saying that the judgment has been satisfied which i did also mentioned in my PR application , will this judgment will going to effect on my CITIZEN application?

Q3. what is the quickest and easy way to pass LIFE IN UK test .

Thanks in advance and waiting for the reply.
