Crown Service & Australian Government

Hello All,
My father is a British citizen by descent, his mother being born in the UK whilst he was born in Australia in 1951.
I was born in 1982, whilst he was in the employment of the Australian Government, specifically the Australian Telecommunications Commission.
Is there any chance that this qualifies as Crown Service or designated service under section 2?

It is a wonderfully interesting question whether the Crowns of the Commonwealth Realms are separate Crowns or whether they constitute one Commonwealth Crown. I argue that it is one Crown (real union), but the overwhelming academic view is that either since the Statute of Westminster 1931 or the repatriation of their Constitutions (in Australia's case, 1986), they constitute separate Crowns in personal union.

But in the context of naturalisation, I believe that the concept of Crown Service is with reference to service under or to an organisation supported by the UK government. Here is a list of the services that are considered Crown (and other designated) Service.
