AN application for settlement-Same referee for all applicants

Hi there. Can we use the same 2 referees for all applicants i.e., Main and Dependants? Also, would there be a problem if one of the dependant's passport has expired? Thanks. Ching.

AN is for naturalisation, not settlement.
For AN same referees can be used for all applicants, if they know all the applicants. All AN applications are individual, there is no main or dependent category. Passport should be ok.
