Naturalisation

hi team,

i have been silent reader of forum and it has helped me and like me in past many times , I have some question regarding my Naturalisation and hope if you can help.

I came to uk in 2011 on Tier-2 and have got my ILR in 2016 and I am in process to apply for naturalisation. I have below queries

1) I had PND in 2011 for shoplifting(honest mistake) and have declared in all my previous application to UKVI - Will it have any impact on my application
2) I am director company and file self assessment - Do I need to provide any extra document except below and are below documents enough?

1) Online Application form with fee confirmation
2) Passport & ILR BRP
3) 2 Reference with British passport - Both are director of own limited company
4) Like in UK test number -pass certificate
5) English Language - NARIC Red Route and university degree certificate

it would be really helpful to know answer if that is ok for you?
