Passport Supporting Documents Help

Hi ,
hope I find some help,
my son has been granted a British citizenship ,
i'm applying for his first passport, going through the form SE/04/01 ; Section3 ; have you had or been included on any sort of passport before?
he used to have a certificate of travel issue by the HO, it expired in August 2018 ,
should i include this as a type of passport or not

If there was only a travel document in existence then suggest you include that.
