English Language Requirements for Naturalisation

Hi,

I got my ILR in 2015, planning to apply for naturalisation. I got my ILR without need to prove my english language requirement (provided a letter from my university confirming the medium of instruction & degree certificate from India). I don't have that medium instruction letter now.

Is the following not an option anymore in AN form? and my options are only NARIC letter(& I have to go to my institution in India to get medium of instruction letter again) or doing B1 level test?

"I met knowledge of english language during settlement post Oct 2013"
