Biometric has not recieved by Home Office

Hi everyone,

Please if any one can help. I applied (family application of 5, father, mother and 3 children) for BC on 19 March 2019 and attended UKVCAS appointment on 26 March 2019. We did everything including the biometric. I received a letter from the Home Office today, dated 7 June, that my daughter has to enroll her biometric or the application being rejected after 10 days. The letter says that my daughter had not attended the appointment which is completely wrong. I called HO but they asked me to send an email which needs 10 working days to be handled. I called UKVCAS but were not helpful as they said they have to be notified by HO and before calling my daughter again to recapture her biometric.


Any ideas please.

REquest HO to send another letter for your daughter's biometrics and do it again to prevent too many hassles.
