Hi,
I am a mother of 6 months old baby born in Pakistan. At the time of birth, i was british citizen for nearly 4 years (which I got it through naturalisation). I am also a resident of UK but I opted for birth in Pakistan as my parents are over here.
Anyways, I am filling the form on the behalf of the baby. I have a few questions: -

• In address section, do i have to specify my UK address or baby address which is my parents address
• If it is baby address, what shall i specify in the previous address section.
• In "Family in UK" section, I just mentioned the father not myself as i am currently staying temporarily at my parents house.
• What shall I specify in "cultural ties in your country of birth"

Also, is there any guidance or help for how to fill the form as it is little bit confusing.

he is not my spouse. i looked at that post already.
But advice is not very clear.
any guidance available in order to fill the form.
