Naturalisation online application form submit date

Hi,

I am in the process of applying for the Naturalisation online. As per the rule, 5 years before the application submit date, I should be presented in the UK.

Is this rule applicable only to the date I submit the application online or the applicant is expected to be presented in the UK 5 years before on the BioMetric and Document verification appointment date as well?

If I submit the application online, I have to take my documents when I go for biometric. So, I am not sure whether I am expected to be present in the UK 5 years before on that day.

I am planning to submit my form this week and 5 years before that day, I was present in the UK, but 3rd week of July I went on vacation which means If I get my document checking service appointment in the 3rd week of July, 5 years ago, I was outside the UK at that time.

Please clarify.

It is the date of online submission and payment that is the application and relevant date.
