Document confirmation for Naturalisation application

Hello All,

I have been reading on this forum that we should apply for naturalisation the day we received the BRP. This does not make sense to me, I have been approved for ILR 05-09-2018. I have the same date on BRP as well. I received the BRP on 10-09-2018 at home. So when should I apply the date it has been granted/issue or the date I received BRP at home ?

Also I have some questions regarding the documents I need to provide

1. Proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions (You must provide one of the following documents: •your passport showing you are able to remain permanently in the UK
•other (for example, a letter from the Home Office, your BRP card or other proof of exemption from immigration control)
SO I AM THINKING I USE BRP TO PROVE THIS

2. Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mr xxxxxxx
WOULD I USE BRP AGAIN AS I HAVE USED BRP TO PROVE THE FREEDOM FROM IMMIGRATION

3. Proof of living in the UK
I CAME IN THIS COUNTRY 27-05-2009 BUT I STARTED WORK ON TIER 2 FROM 29-10-2013
AS MY PASSPORT WAS NOT STAMPED WHEN I STARTED THE EMPLOYMENT SO HOW AM I GOING TO PROOF MY LIVING IN UK. AS PER DOCUMENT SHEET IT DOES SAY If you do not have your passport or it was not stamped when you entered the UK, you need to include letters (for example, from your employer or government department)
SO GOING BACK 5 YEARS THIS WILL BE OCT 2014. SO DO I NEED TO GET A LETTER FROM EPMPLOYER THAT I WAS EMPLOYED WITH THEM

4. evidence of identity
CAN I USE BRP AGAIN FOR PROVE THIS

in short I have to use same BRP 3 times to proof freedom of immigration, BRP , evidence of identity


ALSO one last question. my Tier 2 issued was 01-10-13
ILR approved 05-09-2018
so going back 5 years + 1 year would this be from ILR approved date or first Tier 2 visa issue date .

Date ilr is granted not date you physically received brp card.

One year on ILR will be from (05-09-2019 to 05-09-2018)
as we apply 28 days in advance for ILR so can someone please tell me what is the date I need to start going back 6 years

would this be 05-09-2013 to 05-09-2019 (whole 6 years (5 years + 1 year ILR)
Please note Tier 2 stamped on 01-10-13 so I was on student visa if I go 5 years back including 1 year for ILR

do I need to wait an extra 1 month to apply for naturalisation

Citizenship is based on 5 years NOT 6 years residence, so it is 4 years plus 1 year ilr.

The date you apply for citizenship just correspond with the same date 5 years ago in 2014 that you were physically present in the UK once you have 1 full year on ilr.

It has nothing to do with when or how you got initial visas.

so I am applying online on 05/09/2019 now
going back 5 years will be 05/09/2014

I was in UK. I travelled out of UK on 24/09/2014
I hope I am okay as long as I apply online on 05/09
