BC for Tier1 ILR

Dear Cr001, I got tier1 ILR on 29July2019, for me and family. I will apply for BC on 29 july 2020 for my wife and 3 children. 2 of my children will be 16 years and one 19 at that time.
Can i apply for BC for all the family me, my wife and 3 children same time when i apply like we applied for ILR together? or i have first get my and wife and then we apply for children?

Can i sponsor my wife parents living in Jordan to visit us, from here as we have ILR now?

Yes you can apply apply at the same time. You, your wife and the minor child can apply to naturalise as British citizens together. Your 19 year old must qualify on his own, pass LIUK and English language and apply on his own.

There is no such a thing as sponsoring a visit visa to the UK. They must apply for standard visit visa and satisfy the visa officer that they will return to Jordan after their visit.

You can apply all together as family members in the same account. You will have the main account and then the form will let you add “partner”, “child over 18”, “child below 18”.
Everyone will have to fill their own forms though but can be done in the same account.
Anyone 18+ at the time of application will need LIUK and English Requirement.

My wife applied with her parents and siblings. His father was the main account holder and added her as “child over 18”. She had to fill her own form but was in the same account as her father’s.

Applying for passport is a lot simpler form. Everyone has to apply on a separate form.
Once you apply you have to send original documents to HMPO. You can send all documents in the same envelope.

Note: Even BC everyone will have a separate form but as I said it can be done in the same account under the main account holder.

For passport you dont create a main account.
