Section 3c and my naturalisation application

Hello,
I’m in a bit of a dilemma. I used section 3C in 2013 to appeal the refusal of my visa. My lawyer withdrew my application appeal and put in a new application about 2 days later. The application was successful in 2014.
Please do you know if this mean I overstayed?
If yes, Is it by the 2 days gap or is is it till the application would be successful?
Do u think I should continue with the application?
Please I would really like your opinions on this.
