My wife and my self got our ILR in August 2020 and we still hold Indian Passport, I want to apply for my daughter’s British Citizenship.
She was born in the UK in July 2020.
I have some queries; I would greatly appreciate if you could help on the following.
1) I believe as my daughter was born in the UK, I can apply for her British Citizenship via MN1 form online directly, as her parent got ILR, correct?
2) Nationality details
Country of nationality: India, Correct?
3) Do you have a valid passport? No, as she doesn't hold any passport, correct?
4) Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom? No, correct?
5) Parent or legal guardian details
Is this parent / legal guardian settled in the UK? Yes, as we hold ILR, correct?
6) Have you lived at your current address for 5 years? No, also since she is just 7 month old do we still need to provide 5 year address details?
post we answer No system prompts previous address details if we are living in current address their is no choice to state till date,
Date you lived there from
Date you lived there to
7) Referee details
As she is 7 months old will Health Visitor or GP provide their consent? If not, how to proceed?

Are you able to provide a biometric residence permit (BRP) card with this application? No, as my daughter doesn't hold one, correct?
Do you have a BRP from a previous stay in the UK? No, as my daughter doesn't hold any, correct?
9) Immigration details
Do you have any other details that you would like to be considered regarding this applicant and their application to be registered as a British Citizen? No, correct?
10)Documents - All scanned copies right?
(a) Proof of parental responsibility - Birth Certificate
(b) Parent is settled in the UK then you must provide us evidence of their settled status - BRP Card
(c) A letter of consent from parent(s)
(d) Parents' marriage certificate
(e) Two referee declarations
(f) Copy of parent(s) passport
Looking forward to hear from you,
Thanks!
