Correct Referee Form

Hello everyone,

Due to lockdown and to speed up the process, I downloaded the referee form from the old paper application, section 5 "Referees and Identity". I sent it to my referees and they filled it in.

I have just submitted and paid my online application, and I have seen that the downloadable referee form is different, and it is one per referee with one picture each etc.

Do I need to send the new form to my referees again? Or is it okay to submit the old one which only has one picture but it has been signed by both referees (including their address details, profession, etc)

Use the correct form. You could have always downloaded the form online.

All other referee details are input in the online form itself before submission.
