Naturalisation application for my wife

Post by indosingh » Mon Oct 30, 2023 11:57 am

Dear all,

my wife received her indefinite leave to remain (ILR) for my wife through the five-year spouse of a British citizen route over 3 years ago and we always appreciate the content on this forum.

She wanted to apply for naturalization but her indian passport is going to be expiring in the next 5 months!

Does it need to be valid for at least 6 months inline with the timeline or does it have to be valid at the time of application.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Valid at the time of application.
