Naturalisation Query

Hi Moderators,

I want to know if I can apply Naturalisation for my spouse.
Below the timeline of events:
Apr 2010: I entered UK on ICT
May 2015: My spouse entered UK as ICT Dependent
Aug 2020: I got ILR based on Long term residency
Sept 2020: Clock Reset for my Spouse, Dependent Visa (2.5yrs)
Dec 2021: Naturalisation Application submitted for myself, Approved in Jan 2022, British Passport in Feb 2022.
March 2023: Dependent visa extension for my spouse, 2.5yrs
Sept 2025: Application submitted for ILR for my Spouse.
Nov 2025: ILR Approved, EVisa updated.

Question is, can I apply for naturalisation now immediately as we are married for 10yrs and she is married to me (British Citizen) even in the last 3yrs since I got my British citizenship.

Yes, your spouse can apply for naturalisation immediately after ILR under section 6(2) (married to a British citizen).
