few questions on citizenship

Dear all, I am applying for my citizenship through NCS on 20th March. Just wanted to clarify few things

1. Partner details
Do I have to give details of my wife even though she is currently living abroad? She has never been to UK.

2. Section 3 : Good chracter
I am employed and self-employed as accountant and tax accountant - do i need to declare both or would just a full time employment would be enough. (both employment and self-employment started last year in July 2009)

3. Criminal Convictions
I have 6 points on my licence due to over speeding. Is that something I should show as "sentence given" (sory not sure myself what I am trying to ask)

4. Under further information can I put following and would that help in anyway
a. being member of a proffesional body
b. owner of a house
c. studying towards further higher qualification
d. bank savings etc

1. Yes
2. Put both
3. Yes if you were convicted in court. If this was a fixed penalty given by a traffic police officer then no need to declare.
4. All seem valid and you can put them in but I do not think those comments will make or break your application.

what about if some one was self employed for some time initialy and afterwards took the perm employment like in my case ...i just declared my full time employment only ...as i was having a limited company initialy for some time which i closed after taking up full time employment ...

but in your case as you are continioning both so should indicate both i think ..

anotther quick question , i started a company but things didnt work out, the company is still active but i didnt pay some of the bills because of teh economic downturn. would that likley to be picked up? any idea

Dear friends

I am sorry for not giving any answers as I have a question of my own .

I have received my permanent residency card from the home office 2 days ago and it only took 2 and a half months to get it which is quick I think.

Now to get this I flowed the EEA route , as my wife is a polish citizen, however she has a british citizenship now and would like very much to get it too.

Should I wait the 12 months required for me to apply or can I apply for naturalization now as my other half is british?
