2. She is holding an Indian Passport with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) since 17 Feb 2005.

3. She is leaving with her monther, who also has Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and her Father is Portuguese citien but not leaving with monther since last 4 years (Not divorced)

4. My nices is studing in the UK school

My question is

1. What application I need to complete for her? Normal AN form is only used for our 18 years old.

2. Because father is not staying with Mother and his childern, can mother apply herself. Father is not helpful at all.

3. What supporting documents are required?

Thanks a lot in a advance for all your help in this matter, really appricated

She may apply with her mother on form MN1.
