When am i due Citizenship

I know its to early to ask this question but best to stay in the loop i guess:

About me:- Married to British Citizen, got a spouse visa 09.10.08, landed in heathrow 14.10.08, got my ILR 18.09.10 when am i due for BC?

Pls advise

14.10.2011 onwards, subject to requirements for spouses and civil partners being met.

mteja, before landing at Heathrow on 14.10.08, were you in the UK at all from 18.09.07 (3 years before today) until 14.10.08?

If yes, please give details, including UK visa status at that time.

@ John yes i was in UK but i had overstayed my visa by about 4.5years. Had to go back in my country 30th sept 2008 got married and got back in UK two weeks later 14th Oct, 2008. Have i answered your query

mteja, that is a shame, because had that time in the UK been "legal" you could apply for Naturalisation now. But as that time was not "legal" in the UK you cannot count it for Naturalisation purposes.

@John, totally agree with you. So answer to my question is as sushdmehta has said the 14th oct,2011 i believe.
