Ex-British Gurkha Army's children born overseas Hong Kong.

Post by sguru03 » Tue Feb 22, 2011 3:15 am

Hi,
I was born in Hong Kong on 1986 at Tam Mei Camp and I do have Hong Kong Birth Certificate. My father was Ex-British Gurkha Army and My parent and grand parents live in UK under current immigration status of ILR. As I was not qualify to get ILR because I am over 18 and I am studying in Australia.(full-time and Un-married).
If anyone could acknowledge me with few of my concern.
Does that means If could be consider for British National Born Overseas?
Why only people before 1983?why not after?

Thanks

Was your father a permanent resident of Hong Kong when you were born?
