Can you give any link or reference from UKBA website where they mentioned this information clearly?allta wrote:umb wrote: or should he apply for naturalization first and then his wife can apply for naturalization on the basis of being british citizen spouse?
In the application form there is no where you will be asked to mention under what status you stayed in the UK. As long as you lived here for 3 years in whatever means legally and married to a British citizen then you can apply for the spouse route naturalisation.gorayah wrote:allta wrote:Can you give any link or reference from UKBA website where they mentioned this information clearly?umb wrote: or should he apply for naturalization first and then his wife can apply for naturalization on the basis of being british citizen spouse?
