Citizen registration for my 7 year old son

Post by Sankakax » Thu Apr 14, 2011 1:26 pm

Hi all

I applied for ILR in 2009/2010 but got reject because i was on my 9th year legally. I appealed on the basis that my son has been on prescription since he was a baby with severe eczema but the home office does not recognise that as a life threatening illness. Since one year ago my documents has been with them and I dont know my faith yet. Although my our passports are with us. I am not sure if my documents are with the Home office or the immigration tribunal.

Now my son is 7years old. I am wondering if I can apply for citizenship considering his skin condition and what steps can i take to apply. Please help.

Thank you all so much.
