There are several different categories which allow you to register a child as a BC. The form needs to cover all of them. Some of them would mean the child has ILR (for example if the child was not born in the UK, the child can only apply when either parent apply for naturalisation. Not when parent granted ILR). The questions says " Please say if and when". If not applicable, leave blank.Niravm16 wrote:Question 1.3 talks about the date when child got indefinite leave to remain?
Now this whole application is for kids who were born to parents without ILR and want to apply straight for BC. If the kid already has an ILR, why would they apply for MN1 and not got to the post office form?
A parent passport is required as supporting evidence and the parent details are needed in the form. What are you missing?
- No where they've asked about parents passport as pr0of of identification to cross check.
Maybe that is not required and they can crosscheck it internally but they do no have any other information apart from the date?
