Citizenship after ILR

One of my friend came to UK on HSMP. He got his HSMP approval letter on 15 May 2005. His family arrived in UK on 18 Dec 2011 and on 15 Feb 2012 they are granted ILR.

The question is, Is his wife eligible for Citizenship next year in February or she has to wait for five years before applying for citizenship.

I will appreciate feedback with reference to immigration rule or any relevant policy guidance.
