I verified this, but as of now the requirements for group 3 still ask for both parents passport at the time of conception.

My question is: i was born on 1992 and those passports have gone been extinct. What do i do?
My birth certificate states that my parents were married and my father was a residence citizen in Venezuela.
And i can still show my parents marriage certificate.

Will i do better and get my passport faster if i applied from Brazil or other country either group 1 or 2.?
