Please please please, DO NOT trust the online form for change of address (after application), and please pay for ROYAL MAIL Redirect (as it is recommended on the forum). Also worth noting that my friend also did MN1 application for his son with almost identical circumstances, but he enrolled his biometrics in early June and he received his confirmation/certificate a day before me. Overall from biometrics enrolment to receiving certificate I think it took him just 3 or 4 weeks.
