my child born in april-2011 and i got ILR in dec-2011, can i apply for my child british passport now,please help.

You must register child first as a British Citizen using mn1 form.

hi,
i am on ILR but my wife is on 2-years spouse visa and so my son who born in uk can i still apply for my child british citizen

One parent with ILR is enough. See Q1 in FAQ - most common questions - children.
