My wife received ILR in November 2011. She originally entered UK on Aug 2010 on a spouse visa which was later changed to a residence permit as we had been married and lived together for more than 4 years before entering UK. Can she apply for Citizenship in November 2012 (1 year after ILR being granted) or does she have to wait 3 years unitl August 2013 or can she apply now?

For British spouse, there is no requirement to wait 12 months after ILR. However she will need to complete 3 years of residence in the UK before being eligible so August 2013.
