Hi,
My Cousin applied in 2nd week of January through NCS Manchester. she provided as much documents and NCS accepted them but on 5th April letter came from UKBA asking Passport or Travel document to cover the period from his ILR grant date till January 2012.

My Cousin was granted ILR under legacy and not holding passport or travel document. She is house wife.

UKBA letter stated if not holding passport supply document from annex 1 which for person unemployed is Letter from DSS confirming receipt of other benefits including child benefit.

Now her child benefit started after 2 months of her ILR, she is getting regular child benefit since then, will this letter alone will sufficient.
Also what other proofs can be sufficient to cover this 2 months and also in support of application.
Will GP letters can be helpful or what else?

Thanks

Yes. A letter from the GP confirming regular attendances could support residency claim for that period.

Thanks...Actual time difference between ILR date and Benefit start date is only 50 Days which is less then 90 days limit in 5/3 year time.

or
UKBA need to see all evidences. even for 50 days gap?

Thanks

Should be fine even with the gap. The applicant doesn't have a travel document so I don't think there should be an issue whether he was absent since his ILR or not.
