British Citizenship question

Asking this for a friend of mine, below is her situation:
1, just got ILR through 5 year work permit
2, got married to a British national last year
Can she apply for British Citizenship right now? since she's got ILR now, and she's been in the UK for the past 5 years, although not on spouse visa.
